Hydraulic drawing and straightening bench

1、 Description

We have to add 1 set 100T tension straightening machine in normal hydraulic automatic drawing line. After drawing, each copper bus bar will get tension straightening for better straightness. By this way, the quality of product will be improved. If no need to do straightening, the deliver car will take copper bus bar directly to conveyor roller.

2、Features

①It has online straightening, no need to make offline transfer and straightening.

②The function of automatic straightening can improve the automation.

3、Production process

Place the coil → Straightening and feeding → Pass through die → Clamp copper bar → Drawing → Cutting copper bar → Transport → Tension straightening → Transport → Convey with roller → Fixed length cutting → Unloading and stacking
